Common pricing questions
How long are credits valid?
12 months from purchase. Unused credits expire after that. You can split credits across releases freely within the 12-month window.
Can I combine packages?
Yes. If you buy a Smart and later a Pro, the credits merge. They're consumed in order of expiry date.
Do I get an invoice with VAT?
Yes, automatically by email after purchase from CopeCart. Full VAT invoice — accountable immediately for your bookkeeping.
What happens if my release is rejected?
We send you a reasoned rejection — you revise and resubmit. The slot is reused, no new credit needed.
Can I include affiliate links in releases?
Yes. Per release you can place 1–3 dofollow links — affiliate links are explicitly allowed (unlike at most classic distributors).
Do I need a German legal entity to buy?
